UX Designer - accessibility review (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Wilder Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
