UX Designer - accessibility review (Charleston, SC)

Bright Loom Insurance Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
