UX Designer - accessibility review (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Summit Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
