UX Designer - accessibility review (Boise, ID)

Bright North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Boise. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
