UX Designer - accessibility review (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Stone Health · Baltimore, MD · full time

Amberfield Stone Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
