UX Designer - accessibility review (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Field Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
