UX Designer - accessibility review (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Stone Health runs clinics and patient services around Atlanta, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
