UX Designer - accessibility review (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Bright Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
