UX Designer - accessibility review (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
