UX Designer - accessibility review (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Atlanta working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
