UX Designer - accessibility review (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Birch Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in survey data. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
