UX Designer - accessibility review (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group is an insurance company in Atlanta with claims and service teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
