UX Designer - accessibility review (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Meadow Press produces print and digital publications in Atlanta, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in paper stock. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
