UX Designer - accessibility review (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Anchorage, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
