UX Designer - accessibility review (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
