UX Designer - accessibility review (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Albuquerque, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 704 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
