UX Designer - accessibility review (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Iron Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
