UX Designer - accessibility review (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Summit Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 434 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
