UX Designer - accessibility review (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Maple Markets Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
