Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Beacon Financial and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be supplier performance. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on customer onboarding that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer onboarding. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
