Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Willow Medical is a Tulsa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on training materials that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of training materials. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
