Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Medical is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Build reports on complaint handling that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
