Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Vale Construction is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Build reports on subcontractor invoices that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
