Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (San Jose, CA)

Nova Thistle Construction is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Build reports on project schedules that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of project schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
