Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Iron Staffing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on candidate screening that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
