Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Willow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for San Antonio and nearby communities. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on billing accounts that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of billing accounts. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
