Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on candidate screening that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of candidate screening. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
