Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Summit Kestrel Staffing Group is a Boston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Build reports on retention that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
