Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Fernwood Umber Freight is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
