Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Ironwood Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Oakland. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on customer tracking that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
