Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Lumen Forge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Indianapolis, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on packing house output that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
