Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Partners is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on billing disputes that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of billing disputes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
