Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Toledo with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on service complaints that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
