Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Freight is a Denver logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
