Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Ironwood Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Albuquerque, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on complaint handling that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of complaint handling. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
