Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (remote)

Lumen Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Des Moines. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on dock schedules that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
