Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Ember Community Partners is a Raleigh charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of donor records. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
