Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Freight Group and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be supplier performance. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer tracking that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
