Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Portland supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on food distribution that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of food distribution. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
