Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Willow Community Partners runs community programmes across Pittsburgh, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
