Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Summit Community Partners runs community programmes across Pittsburgh, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on grant reporting that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
