Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Field Financial is a financial-services company in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on customer onboarding that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
