Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Nest Financial Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on payment disputes that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
