Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Vista Community Partners is a Louisville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
