Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Ember Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Knoxville, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. You would join a large organisation of about 581 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Build reports on account servicing that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of account servicing.
