Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Kestrel Community Partners is a nonprofit in Knoxville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a large organisation of about 364 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on benefits enrolment that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of benefits enrolment. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
