Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Birch Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Jackson. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on seasonal crews that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
