Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer onboarding that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer onboarding.
