Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Harbor Farms is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on supplier performance for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on grower contracts that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
