Supply Chain Analyst - supplier performance (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group is a Des Moines manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our supplier performance. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on tooling that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
